Here is some paper I have been mucking around with lately. I love it (Kaszazz ‘On the Surface’ range).
It has some timber, rust, iron, bark, and looks industrial-grunge. Teamed with the lace flowers, and altered metal flower embellishments, I thought it looked cool.
Ready for a whole range of sentiments.
Oh how I love this paper range (Ebony and Ivory from Kasazz):
I used a range of embellishments that I coloured with Alcohol Ink Art Markers so that they matched the yellow flower in the two cards below:
Each card has a ‘Bloom’ on it, as well as some lace ribbon, a coloured embellishment, and a paper clip tab to tie them together.
The yellow in this card below is a sticky pearl I coloured and attached to the paper clip tab. Aren’t they cute?! This card also has a lace flower behind the stamped bloom image, joined together with a brad.
I love the different effects the lace ribbon gives. I so love texture on cards (and all art really).
Okay, so I went a bit crazy with the flower – it will definitely not fit into an envelope… P.S. The flower was a trial to make, but I am getting the hang of it.
Again, this card is made with paper from the Ebony and Ivory range from Kaszazz – I just love it!
I added letter stickers to chipboard half circles, and attached them to the twine to look like a banner.
Maybe this would look better as a gift box top rather than a card. Many options I suppose.
And I am sure this will not be the last card using these papers. I’m addicted (can’t you tell?!).
